Q. How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?
A. United Kingdom Delivery (3-5 working days)
Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is at a standard charge of £2.99 irrespective of the number of items you order.
ZEAL aims to deliver product(s) to you, to the delivery address you have requested in your order within the time period set out above but we cannot give an exact delivery time and date.
If we have not delivered the product(s) within 30 days of submitting your order or any other date that we have agreed with you then you may cancel the contract and we will refund any money paid by you.
All purchases will be made via Paypal.
Q. What is the returns policy?
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund. However, postage and packing costs are non refundable. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Earrings are exempt from the returns policy and are non refundable.
